MSC Sports Memorabilia guarantees that memorabilia sold through our website is authentic. This includes authenticated live signatures as well as unsigned memorabilia authenticated as official MSC Sports Memorabilia collectible pieces.

Are the framed items professionally framed?
Yes.
Many of our framed memorabilia pieces are professionally mounted and presented using display methods designed to protect and enhance the memorabilia.
Framing styles may vary depending on the item and collection.
Will the framed item look exactly like the website photo?
We make every effort to accurately represent products online.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on screens and photography
- Handmade framing can include minor variations
- Certain memorabilia items may differ slightly due to their collectible or unique nature
That said, we promise not to send you something that looks like it was framed during load shedding with a glue stick.
Do you sell unsigned memorabilia?
Yes.
Not all collectible memorabilia needs a signature to hold value or significance.
MSC Sports Memorabilia also offers authenticated unsigned memorabilia, curated display pieces, commemorative collectibles, and official memorabilia collections.
Are your products limited edition?
Some are, yes.

Unfortunately not.
Because many memorabilia items are limited or unique, products are generally only secured once payment has been completed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
We may offer international shipping on selected items and by arrangement.

How long does delivery take?

How are fragile items packaged?
Very carefully.
Framed and cased memorabilia items receive protective packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Depending on the item, packaging may include:

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return memorabilia if I change my mind?
Due to the collectible and often custom nature of memorabilia products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
However, certain returns may be considered at our discretion depending on:

- Whether the item has been customised or framed-to-order

What if an item is proven not to be authentic?
If an item purchased directly from MSC Sports Memorabilia is proven not to be authentic, we will provide a full refund in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee.
Are custom-framed items returnable?
Custom-framed, personalised, or special-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Do you source memorabilia on request?
In some cases, yes.
If you’re looking for a specific player, team, sport, event, or collectible item, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know whether sourcing options are available.
No promises though. Some collectibles are rarer than a referee everyone agrees with.
